stopped here on a whim. Very impressive food. Had tacos with chicken and al pastor and a quesadilla with al pastor. The pastor here is delicious. I would go here every week if it wasn't so far from my house. Highly recommend to those who like real tacos.

We made a late night stop at Don Fito’s Taco Truck in downtown Gilbert and we have found a solid place for late, weekend night taco runs. We tried the Carne Asada Nachos, Birria Taco, and Chicken Vampiro. We’d get all three again. The chips in the nachos were fresh and crunchy, lots of nacho cheese, and a generous amount of Carne Asada too. The birria taco was loaded with juicy, tender, and flavorful birria (beef). The chicken vampiro was crispy, cheesy, and loaded with tasty chopped, grilled chicken. Everything was so good! We’ll definitely be making another run. Some of my favorite items are: Carne Asada Nachos⭐⭐⭐⭐ Birria taco ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chicken vampiro ⭐⭐⭐⭐ My guide on how I use the 5 star system: ⭐ = Not good ⭐⭐ = Not terrible, but would not get again ⭐⭐⭐ = Solid, but I’d try something else before this again ⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Really liked it! You should try this ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Loved it! Must try I’ll make adjustments to my ratings after subsequent visits. If you see a .3 or .7 it means: .3 = Wasn’t as good the 2nd or last time I tried it .7 = This was better the 2nd or last time I tried it

This food truck in Gilbert was really good. Got queso Birria tacos with consome. My buddy tried a couple of different things. Nice seating area with many tables outside, music playing. Food tasted great and seemed very authentic. They also had a nice salsa and accompaniment bar available

Excellent street tacos n tortas. Love this time of year to eat outdoors with music in the background and people watching along Gilbert Rd. Great date night!

Don Fitos is the place to be on Friday and Saturday nights in downtown Gilbert. Tio, Marlin and the gang know the FLAVOR!! You can tell how much they care about the food and customer service. Grilled right on the back of the truck and all the fixings!! Where do the locals go?!?!? Don Fitos!! God Bless these folks!!

DELICIOUS! Some of the best Carne Asada Tacos that I have ever had! the staff was amazing: Maya and her children were super gracious accommodating our large group. Great latin music playing on the speaker, kindess from the staff and delicious tacos.Loved everything about it.
